NFO / CSO Military Program

Military Airline

Course Overview

SkyWarrior and Southwest recognize the value in military officers who served as flight officers.  While not designated as pilots, most NFO's and CSO's have  significant flight experience and are proficient in flight planning, weather, aviation charts and the flight environment in general.

Because of this prior experience the NFO/CSO program is slightly more accelerated than that of a typical cadet student.  If able, we highly encourage officers to enter this program as part of SKILLBRIDGE, so they may immediately work as an instructor post separation.
